Interview process was incredibly smooth. I had a phone interview, then an onsite interview with the hiring manager, then a portfolio review with several members of the team. After each round, the recruiter got back to me incredibly quickly and was very efficient with my time. I had so many frustrations with other recruiters from other companies and never hearing back either way, but I really felt Nio was decisive and their HR team drove the process very well. They were so fast, that after one of the rounds, I got a call from HR before I even got home from the interview to schedule the next one.
