    Unlimited PTO, Decent lunch everyday

    Cons

    Below market rate compensation for Bay Area so all the good folks leave, teams are too lean and everyone is stressed. Annual raises are worthless and does not catch up to inflation. Upper management does not fight for team and only worries about pleasing China. Constant performance reviews that lead to no comp adjustment. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE and they dont care

    Benefits, unlimited PTO, team culture

    There were a lot of re-orgs happening. I understand that re orgs are just part of the business, but it caused a lot of stress.
