Application and Resume Screening: The process usually starts by submitting your application, which includes your resume and possibly a cover letter. The company's HR team or recruiters will review these materials to see if you meet the basic qualifications for the job. Phone Screening: If your application stands out, you might receive a phone call from a recruiter or HR representative. This is often a brief conversation to learn more about your background, skills, and experiences. It's also a chance for you to ask some initial questions about the company and the role.
