NJ Advance Media interview questions

Three rounds and an assignment required. They were very nice but the entire process was very lengthy. I feel like their hiring process could definitely be expedited. All three interviews were conducted remotely.

Lengthy, drawn-out interview process. Made it to the final interview with 3 people and it was very unprofessional. The director kept asking me irrelevant questions to the position and some of the interviewees were giggling. Very uncomfortable interview process, seems like a toxic company culture.
