Very slow process just to be offered an interview, in fact, I'm not sure I would have been offered an interview for the position at all if I hadn't asked for it while declining an interview for the assistant conductor training program. It was at least three months of nothing happening after I entered my application.
The interview itself was easy.

What would you do if your bus were stuck in traffic and a passenger started angrily complaining to you about your driving?
it wasnt really a interview i think because of the need of operators that part was skipped and it was moreso the company telling me about them and what they expect like a pre orientation

Interview
Simple interview and review of work history. Filled out paperwork for background check. Interviewer was very friendly and cordial. Overall the interview was very relaxed and not too difficult at all.
