Was offered the job at a university job fair and they sent me the details over email. Not a very intensive process but it was efficient and easy to follow everything
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at NOVO Construction (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The overall interview process was straightforward and easy going when I interviewed. There was a focus on if I was a right fit for the culture. My first interview was virtually. My second interview was onsite at their office. I was even brought to one of their ongoing construction sites.

Question 1
I was asked about my learning interests in the industry and what I am pursuing.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NOVO Construction (Fort Collins, CO) in Mar 2018
Interview
I had to do a phone interview due to applying from out of state. The call was much later than scheduled and the HR rep I spoke with was very monotone and asked me questions I don't believe she really knew the answers to. I was applying for an entry level position meant for someone coming out of school but the questions were designed for someone who had been in the industry for a number of years. I had already met with two of their project managers and another project engineer, who I had established good relationships with. If I had interviewed with one of them I believe it would have gone much more smoothly. Additionally, I had to contact the HR rep multiple times and call one of the project managers to get her to respond to me, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. Because of this poorly organized interview I don't plan on reapplying or ever pursuing a career with NOVO.
