Started with a phone interview, then quickly moved to an in person one-on-one interview. Very easy going and informative. This interview only lasted about 30 minutes. The second interview took a little longer and started with who would have been my direct supervisor and then I met a variety of other department heads. It still felt fairly casual, but I was happy to get to know more of the team.
