      Pros

      Great management, support and processes. The team support is amazing. Everyone is kind, respectful and super helpful.

      Cons

      Commute can be a pain but they recently allowed corporate employees a hybrid schedule which was a cultural game changer.

      Pros

      As long as you continue to bill clients, all is well. As soon as the billable hours decrease, you are at risk for termination. You may get fewer hours than you want.

      Cons

      I have been asked to collect unpaid client invoices; local leadership was inexperienced and lacked true understanding of business evaluation. Many times I was told the client was a “potential future business generator” only to find out the client was under water once I looked at their financials and business plan.
