Interview
Applied online, took 2 weeks to respond. Went in for an initial interview, very unprofessional. Two managers were there and arguing with each-other during the interview. I needed the part-time job so didn't matter to me. Had to go for a drug test withing 2 weeks. Took the drug test, got called back later and within a week started working. Schedule was created but very disorganized. Worked at the job for less than 3 months. Did learn how to use a bunch of tools though.

None really, just asked if I know how to use a air-driver. That's about it.
Good hiring process. I've interviewed with a manager at the Charlotte location previously. I was asked about my experience in the automotive field.(I had a year in trade school and 4 years at dealerships.)

Asks about your background very laid back. Straight to the point walked the shop great people work there I dont know what else to write it’s a 30 word minimum so that’s pretty lame

Interview
Went in for an interview was offered the job went through drug test/background check etc. Took a while for paperwork and drug test results. Once done I was brought in to complete an assessment as well as shadow the guys in plain clothes.
