A 3rd party reaches out and creates a relationshi with you and has an additional party that will reach out later. It felt like a closed off proprietary relationship with a structure that had to be followed because of rules from NES. I was told that there is no direct hire and that the majority were like contractors. The interview process was with three employees in an online meeting. The Director and Manger were great to talk to. The future team mate had the personality of someone that was bothered that they had to be part of the process. When the future team mate was enguaged, it was bland and off-putting. The technical questions asked were off putting and condescending. The 3rd party that handles the alication process made me feel like I was just a body and the only individuals that make me feel welcome were the Director and Manager. I passed on this opportunity as it was shown to me that it was just a job and nothing else.
