Very professional. The first meeting was with the Director of Recruitment sharing the experience of living in Nashville along with general company information. The next meeting was with the hiring manager to review philosophy, skills and past experiences which was quite extensive and felt I was able to tell the story of my career by laying all of my cards out for the organization to have a clear picture of me as a candidate. Next steps included meeting with the CRO, CFO, and the heads of Ticket Sales and Marketing to also have an evaluation of me, each fo 30 mins to 1 hour. The hiring manager made a decision after about 1 month of the full process
