At the second round of interview, after having asked how many more rounds would be, she goes: ‘Well, these are just screening rounds, after this we will have the usual 3-4 rounds’. They didn’t have clarity on the role nor did they have good decision taking skills. Also, this is for a three month internship period. Yeah, this was a big red flag. Additionally, the interviewer was extremely nonchalant while answering an questions towards the end which was very telling of how they would possibly treat your questions on the job. I was so happy, when I got declined by them!
