Video interview was a standard one. Like many of them, it asked a number of competency based questions, such as ‘Tell me about a time when…’ and asked what one would do in given circumstances.

After completing situational and numerical tests, I was invited for a short video assessment that had seven questions; each question gave around two minutes to prepare before the recording started. Questions were purely competency-based.

They were respectable during the course of the interview but their expectations from a person in the Finance function did not meet my requirements. Thus, there was a reject in the interview.
