Fairly standard competency based questions.
Few questions were very specific to Financial Crime experience and regulatory requirements such as The consumer duty.
There were questions my experience on leading analysts within the team and how I get the best out of my team.

Question 1
What's your experience of managing stakeholders from multiple and often diverse areas and dealing conflicting options on how to achieve a consistent framework across the Group?
3 step process, stars with Group discussion, computer test and finally a panel interview. Not too difficult to ace.

Interview
The interview process consisted of 3-4 rounds of interviews across global teams with a mix of behavioural and technical questions. The questions were fair to understand and test knowledge and past experiences. I found the managers and broader team to be approachable and understanding.
