    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Council on Disability (Totowa, NJ) in December 2008.

    Interview

There is no specific trick questions. The Company is concerned about Safety and Experience. They might ask which states have you worked in? What would you do if you had an accident? Who did you work for before? What kind of a driver license do you have? Can you drive a manuel transmission truck? How would you get from here to Times Square? The dress code for the interview is informal and it is conducted on the companys site in Totowa.

    Interview Questions

    • They might ask you, how you would handle an upset customer?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Very loose and informal. After I filled out an application, they immediately began the interview, and asked me questions about my experience. Then they asked when can you start? I said any time. Then they told me what the starting pay would be and what was expected of me if I worked for them. They then said we,ll get in touch with you. Two weeks later they called and said when can you come in and start, I said right now.
