Pretty chill interview. Interviewer just asked me questions about my interests and what my career goals were. Asked about what I have written in the past and how I would describe myself in a team environment.

I was called on the phone by the intern coordinator and asked a few questions. I was offered the position at the end of the phone call, it was overall a very casual discussion and not a very stressful process at all.

Interview
I submitted a resume, cover letter, and writing sample. A couple weeks later, I was contacted by a senior fellow for an interview, which seemed more like a conversation than an actual interview. I was a bit surprised it wasn't more detailed than that, and I didn't get a say in which department picked me for an interview. Nevertheless, I was happy where I was placed.
