I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Trades Union Congress (Singapore)
Interview
3 rounds of interviews over 2 days. First round is with 2 HR employees. The interview format is casual and they ask general questions about your background and interest. The second round consist of 2 parts, a group part and an individual part with the director of industrial relations. For the group part, we were supposed to discuss about a few case together. Preparation is done together as a group without the interviewers. For the individual part, it is more formal and they mainly ask questions to determine your motivation and fit into the company.

Interview
There were 3 rounds
(I) Get-To-Know with a HR Executive;
(II) Physical Interview with Unionist + HR;
(III) Group Interview with HR + Director
Whole process was relatively quick, settled within a month. Questions were not necessarily easy but very manageable if you are well read and passionate about helping Singaporeans and workers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at National Trades Union Congress (Singapore) in May 2025
Interview
3 part process.
1. Get to know call
2. Interview with HR
3. Panel interview with the board.
Very lengthy and slow, which I do not appreciate as it was such a waste of time. I had an offer rescinded because this took so long to get back to me
2 rounds of interviews are expected. Need to be prepared and be well versed with recent news on government policies. A good industrial sensing would be an advantage with your personal acumen of industrial outlooks.
