The first step was to complete a programming assignment in C++ of medium difficulty (as often there was a simple solution and a more involved one), in 1-2 weeks at home.
An on-site interview followed at the Native Instruments Berlin Office. I was interviewed by two software developer leads about C++ and general programming concepts. After I received positive feedback for the interview, I was invited to the last interviews, again on-site. First I was interviewed by my potential team and HR and afterwards again by two software developer leads. The process was very smooth, with very fast responses from the hiring management. The atmosphere during the application process was relaxed and focused. The people I met were great. All in all I liked it very much.
