Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Native Instruments (Berlin (Germany)) in June 2015.

Interview

The interview process consisted in:
1. Preliminary technical assessment via email - questionnaire about testing and QA with specific focus on the context of embedded hardware
2. 1st Skype interview - general discussion about my previous working experience, and presentation of the position I applied for
3. 2nd Skype interview - technical questions, first contact with colleagues
4. Final interview - meet the team, more technical questions

The process took 3 months, quite long compared to the other interviews I had in the past, but probably it was also due to the fact that at the time I was living/working in Canada and they knew that my availability was not immediate.

The entire recruitment process was conducted in a very transparent way, they replied to all my questions with great precision, they regularly followed up and gave me information about the steps of the recruiting process
