I applied online. I interviewed at Natsana in May 2024
Interview
The interview lasted for two hours, and we had a good conversation. However, I learned that I was the backup plan ("Plan B") for the position. Another candidate had already received an offer, and I was being interviewed in case she couldn't accept it. Suddenly, my second round interview was canceled because the primary candidate successfully obtained their visa. While it's disappointing, I'm grateful they didn't waste more of my time, and I appreciate the opportunity to have been considered.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions they asked during the interview were quite standard. They inquired about my strengths and weaknesses, why I believed I was the right fit for the position, and even my MBTI personality type. Additionally, they wanted to know my motivations for wanting to join their team. Other questions were based on the details provided in my CV.

Interview
Engaging in interviews solely with the hiring manager and the director, sans any involvement from HR, has been quite a unique and enjoyable experience throughout this hiring process. It's been refreshing to directly interact with key decision-makers, allowing for a more nuanced understanding of the role and the company's culture. Each interview session has provided valuable insights and a sense of alignment with the team's vision and expectations.
