It starts with resume shortlisting then group discussion and then 3 rounds of personal interview. 1st round is with HR they check your attitude and confidence , then followed by area sales head and at last branch head

After GD, PI was conducted. basic questions were asked like the difference between sales and marketing. The Marketing funnel, marketing channel communications. Basic fundamentals of revising marketing techniques before the interview will be helpful
