I received 1 in-person interview in front of two recruiters on campus. This was followed by two phone interviews to discuss the details of the specific position applied to. The questions were pretty casual. It seemed they were more interested in finding out whether or not I knew what I was getting myself into.

Interview
Gave them my resume at a career fair and was contacted about it around 6 months later. First interview was with an HR representative, second interview was with NEPD division heads (around 6 people). Contacted by email about results and given two weeks to accept. After accepting took a LONG time to get official start day with very little communication.
