first step was screening test in which they asked about our introduction/than iq test which comprises of verbal and non verbal mcqs. than personality test than at the end there was a interview
A very lengthy process... Sat for hours in a room with other candidates. We were first asked to introduce ourselves, our strengths and weaknesses as well as about family. Passed candidates then gave a 4 page IQ test, then another lengthy test of Personality Assessment. After that, called for a final interview with technical networking related questions as well as some other questions about being introverted/extroverted, what type of animal would you describe yourself as, what superpower would you rather have flight or invisibility, etc.
