I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Near Space Systems, Inc (Colorado Springs, CO) in May 2013
Interview
A long interview. The Chief Engineer was the only one present, and he liked to see technical details of previous experience. I had brought a lot of examples with me for such an occurrence and was able to use that to my advantage. He was much more interested in technical questions than behavioral. The interview lasted nearly three hours.
