I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Santo Domingo) in Sep 2012
Interview
Called for three interviews, all coordinated closely by Human Resources Department. Initial phone interviews asked for current salary. Aptitude and character tests were administered after second interview, all web-based and done from home. Final interview with the head of the requiring department was quick, the person explained basic requirements and responsibilities for the position. Asked one or two character questions as well.
