Interview
Simple phone interview discussing my motivations as an engineer and what I could offer to the company. Very informal in tone, no competency based questions: conversational. Mainly questions were around my past life experiences and whether I would be able to handle living in a small town for a year.

Will ask questions, includes behavioral questions, introductions, ask how many hours are you to render in the said internship. Also asked technical skills and make you rate. It is also important that you ask questions towards the very end of the interview.
The interview process was very simple. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole interview. The interview process consisted of one interview/screening call.
