It was beneficial, challenging, and overall enriched my knowledge of the workplace. interviewer was friendly and helped me to stay focused and not stressed during interview. The questions were straight-forward, and they tested my potential and knowledge of job role.
Very easy, not stressful and was mostly behavior based questions. The interviewers seemed to actually care about you and wanted to learn about you and your experiences. I did have to interview 5 times, 1 phone, 1 to get into DLS and then 3 in the DLS program.

Process took a few months total. A total of three interviews (2 phone then the final interview in-person). For the final interview, it was a brief 2 hr event where you meet people within the company the day prior, then tour the headquarters and go through four interviews.
