I would have to say even though I did not get the position the process of hiring with this organization was phenomenal. Jed the Director of Recruiting was honest and informative. I initially interviewed for the TPM position at their Washington DC locations however was found to be a candidate for their Senior position. The senior position was shelved and they already had found great candidates for the position I applied for. I sincerely enjoyed the interview with Kim. Kim, has over 20 years of experience in the industry, I was even able to learn something new from her during the interview which is always a plus. Perhaps I will look back in the future with this organization and see if they have any new positions available. Anyone should be grateful to interview let alone interview with Netcraftsmen.
