Interview
I went through two interviews for a Junior Accountant position and was told I would receive feedback by the end of the month. Unfortunately, after several weeks and a follow-up email, I did not receive any final update or clear communication about the status of my application.
While the interviewers were polite and the role seemed interesting, the recruitment process felt slow and unclear. Better communication and more realistic timelines would greatly improve the candidate experience.
