Amidst receiving another job offer during the process, the team at New Constructs showed great understanding. Their compassionate approach left a lasting impression on me, reflecting their deep respect for potential employees and their individual circumstances. Despite not joining the New Constructs team, my experience left me with a high regard for the company. I anticipate the possibility of our professional paths crossing again in the future.
