Newman's Own interview questions

My resume was reviewed promptly and an interview was scheduled the next day. The interviewee was late to the virtual interview and then spoke a lot about the position and asked very little questions about myself or my qualifications

Interview with the person that I would report to and the +1 which I did. Good discussions leading to the impression that things were moving forwards. In reflection, it felt like a lie. The false sense of yes, with verbal assurance that this will move to the next stage, followed by six weeks of ghosting just left a very bad taste.
