Everyone seemed real nice, but you are not exposed to the same people you will encounter on a daily basis, even though they are the same person. Remember, the position you are interviewing for is open because somebody likely left the company. You will understand why if you let yourself be misled by the people conducting the interview. They will promise that the position is a great opportunity, and go over a list of expectations, but your actual job duties will be much different, and most likely be different than the job title and expectations suggest. Business Administrator=receptionist, but they will lead you to believe that you will have a significant job. It will be challenging, but it is not the challenge you were expecting when it comes to actually working there. The business culture is unprofessional unless MSHA or corporate is in town. The interview was as misleading as the job announcement.
