I recieved a call for a supervisor and he asked me to come in that evening. I met with him and rode the route. I told him to let me think about it and I called him back the next day which was Friday and I began on Sunday night.

The interview process was longer than I had experienced in the past. I had two panel interviews, one phone interview, and two one on one interviews. They were very structured and contained mostly canned questions. I used lots of real world examples. HR calls you initially. if that goes well you will get a face to face. you need to wear a suit. The people are real nice, HR is smart, your not going to fool them. Senior leadership is smart. Most management has been at their jobs for decades, so they don't really get it. They have been in the same company for too long.
