Interview
The interview start off warm the first five minutes then my interviewer who interviewed me became agitated and her body language as well face expression just gave it away that she did not want to hear anything else I have to say. She told me she's looking for someone who has many years in management although in insider had told me she didn't start off in her position with management skills. This has to be one of the worst interview I have experience because I gave it my all and my interviewer was already in a bad mood.

Interview
Phone interview went very well we connected.
Interview went well, the reason I did not get the position was timing, I used excel v-lookups and pivot tables for several years, I then worked for a company that I did not use this tool set for over one year. I was not able to say I was proficient on this interview. I could not comfortably step into the position the next day and do the job fast paced. I was honest on my interview. I believe this was the reason I did not get the job.
