I received an email about 20 minutes after I applied to come in for an interview. That should have been a red flag because it was obvious when I went in that the woman did not read my resume. She just sat there and giggled while she talked for the most part she asked maybe two questions and I did most of the talking. It seems that they don't prepare their employees so that they can properly interview someone. She was friendly but it was painfully obvious she was completely unprepared
