Interview
I had an interview scheduled for 1pm.
At exactly 1pm, my interviewer texted me asking to reschedule, because she forgot she was having someone over to do some work on her house at the exact same time.
It was quite frustrating and unprofessional. I had spent an hour of my day prepping for the interview beforehand. She could have told me this at the start of the day or even an hour before. Instead she chose to let me know at the time of our scheduled interview.
Recruiting for this company is incompetent.

Interview
I'm currently in the later stages of the interview process for the Customer Support Engineer position. Mike is a great recruiting representative and he has efficiently and promptly communicated with me each step of the way. From our initial phone screen, to the first in-person (video) interview with the hiring manager, to the second interview with two senior support team members, Mike was my main contact for each step of the process and I never felt lost or confused. Their scheduling website made the process easy, and with each invite I received details of who I was to meet, what to expect during the meeting, and next steps. Comparing this to other companies I'm currently interviewing with -- who don't respond for weeks, or who are rigid and cold -- this has been a breath of fresh air. The interview process at Nintex has been less than two weeks so far, and no matter the outcome for me, I've genuinely appreciated the experience and chance.

Interview
Was contacted within a few days of application submittal. Initial call went well, was told by weeks end would hear about next steps. Haven't gotten a response going on 3 weeks and numerous attempts to get an update.
