Group discussion as 1st round
Interview as the final round wher the candidates must carry their resume along with them. Three panel members were there and all the rounds are conducted in Offline mode only
Then the candidates are shortlisted and offer was sent to email

they asked general questions about the background of the person. Ask if they are willing to locate all the locations and work hard in the sales field for 6 months, and after that, they will be positioned in the job based on their performance
