I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nominet (Oxford, England)
Interview
Standard interview process, internal recruiter followed by the hiring manager. The biggest disappointment was not receiving any feedback at all when not progressed. Time and effort invested and reflects poorly on the business not to be courteous and give feedback to those that have been interviewed.

How do manage multiple stakeholders?
Tell me about a time something didn’t go to plan.
Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear this experience wasn't to the standard we both expect. I can assure you that feedback is provided on all candidates who reach interview stage and beyond and that full interview feedback would have been provided to the recruiter. Please do get in touch with the Nominet recruitment team direct and we would be happy to provide feedback directly.
Straightforward nothing too crazy, People seemed nice. They do good work with public benefit. Seem to be undergoing some kind of transformation which could be a good or a bad thing I guess.
Initial call with HR then attendance at their office for an interview. All interactions whilst a prospective candidate where excellent but once not successful they weren't as great. Rejection received via email and struggled to get feedback on process.
