Everyone seemed really friendly, I was asked about my personal goals, my family and home life, and whether or not I anticipated any life-changing activities in the next five years.

They flat-out said they wanted someone who already had kids as people with families are more dedicated and maternity leave wasn't something they wanted to deal with.
