The company was purchased by Pfeiffer Vacuum and adjusting to increased product demand and need to find sourcing alternatives.

First contact at job fair. 3.5 hr drive to Yreka, CA to interview. Met with various heads of departments, my would be boss and his boss - the President of Operations. That was nerve racking. As it turned out I'm glad I met the President because he is the one who made the call to bring me in even when my would be boss was considering a welder for the position.
