North America Power Partners interview questions

I had one interview, and was offered the position the next business day. Often this process is slower. We communicated a lot though email and on the phone, and negotiated the start date and hours to be worked (shift times, etc.). Salary and other benefits were negotiated during this time, as there was no "standard" offering.
