Interviews take place with a panel. The most difficult part is getting the interview. The applications system is a generic online based system so if you are coming in from outside the organization, find out who the supervisor is of the department you are applying for and contact them with a question of two about the job. This usually gets your résumé pulled from the generic pile into the "interview" pile.
