      Financial Analyst Interview

      Dec 19, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Irving, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NorthStar Anesthesia (Irving, TX)

      Interview

They have a good process established for interviewing and definitely don't waste your time (or their time). Unfortunately, it made it feel mechanical and borderline rushed. I would recommend working on a more personalized approach to the interview process - this will help the interviewee feel more engaged in the process and less like "just another person they have to talk to".
