Novamex interview questions

I began with a standard 30 minute interview with the recruiter. From there, I was moved on to the next and final round, which consisted of an hour long panel interview with hiring manager and a department leader. After that, I waited patiently for feedback. And guess what? That never came. I was completely ghosted by my recruiter. Which I found quite unprofessional and disappointing, considering I dedicated my time and energy for the prospect of working for an organization & brands I was excited about. I can take rejection, as that’s the gamble one takes when interviewing. However, I cannot excuse zero follow-up. Considering it’s been over a month since my final interview, I think it’s safe to say they’re not moving forward with me… my advice? Do not waste your time or energy going through the interview process here. Safe to say, I dodged a bullet if that’s an indication of the way in which they conduct business, as sending a follow-up email takes less than a minute.
