Such a poor management HR would ghost you after the final round. They are quick in scheduling interview and never look at your CV and experience. After my Final round which was with CEO who already had given me go ahead from his side, HR called me after 2 days and said your experience is more then the position for which we are hiring due to which my offer letter would not be rolled out. For the final round was taken at office for which an employe takes a full day leave. But they don't care.
