I applied online. It did not take too long for them to invite me for an interview. Unfortunately it was open only to local candidates, but on the advertisement it said "preferably local candidates". They invited me anyways. Once there they apologised and told me they were hiring only locals. I left after just 10 minutes. It was a waste of time and money. For those applying in Manila please make sure they understood you are not locals. They had my CV and it was pretty clear on it (you just need to look at the picture, I am caucasian), but apparently nobody realised it.
