Interview
The process consisted of 3 steps, the first one a video call with the CEO to have background and culture check, the 2nd is a code challenge, they give you 72 hours to do it and i found it pretty easy to do. The third one is a supposed pair programming session to add more functionality to the previous code challenge, but in reality they just watch you code with no "pairing" help.
