1) Entrevista com um recrutador terceiro
2) Enviado um case que: tinha uma planilha de dados, exigia 20 horas de estudo (conforme e-mail) e precisava apresentar um case por 1 hora para 3 pessoas
3) Apresentação do case com esses 3 entrevistadores, que não fizeram nenhuma pergunta sobre mim ou minha carreira profissional.

As perguntas foram feitas apenas pelo recrutador terceiro apenas para determinar o fit para a vaga.
30 minute informational interview via Google Hangouts. Interviewer asked behavioural questions about leadership and conflict management. Interview was prompt, but I received no feedback after completion and was left to assume the worst, instead of receiving any formal feedback.

Processo de seleção longo, bem estruturado e com pessoas preparadas. São 4 etapas sendo Rh, Preparação e apresentação de um Business Case, Entrevista de Comportamento e por fim com o Hire Manager. O Business Case é complexo e requer bastante dedicação do candidato.
