Interview
The whole experience was genuinely positive from start to finish. The interview process was well organized and clearly thought through, every stage had a purpose, and I always knew what to expect next. Communication was prompt and professional throughout, which made the whole thing feel respectful of my time.
The team I met with was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, engaged, and easy to talk to, and you could tell there's a strong, collaborative culture among the people who work here. The conversations felt less like interrogations and more like genuine discussions, which gave me real insight into the role and the company.
I'd especially highlight how charming and personable the process was. The interviewers were warm and made an effort to put me at ease, while still asking thoughtful, substantive questions. It struck a nice balance between being rigorous and being human.
Overall, this was one of the more enjoyable interview experiences I've had. Even setting aside the outcome, the professionalism, organization, and quality of the people left a strong impression. I'd recommend it to anyone considering applying.
