      Talent Acquisition Interview

      Sep 25, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Loveland, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nutrien (Loveland, CO) in Sep 2019

      Interview

Five steps, unorganized process, and then I was told that it was my fault for having “limited availability “ after they took ten days to book the first interview. Subsequently they gave me 15 minutes notice to hear their way for interview #2, and #5 lasted fifteen minutes because that’s “all he had time for”. No follow up, and lacked professionalism.

      Question 1

What ways did I think I could help close the gap on how their Canadian counterparts process vs the US.
